Return and Exchange Terms
Seven-Day Unconditional Return
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unopened, unused, and the packaging and accessories are intact, and not resaleable. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges Due to Quality Issues
Within 15 days of receiving the product, if the product exhibits a performance failure not caused by human error, you may choose to return or exchange it for the same model after confirmation by after-sales service.
Return shipping costs due to quality issues are the seller’s responsibility.
Warranty Service
12-month warranty from the date of purchase (non-human error).
Damage outside the warranty period or caused by human error can be repaired for a fee.
Circumstances in Which Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted:
Exceeding the return and exchange period;
The product has been opened, used, or deemed unsaleable and is not due to a quality issue;
Damage caused by improper use (e.g., dropping, water damage, or unauthorized disassembly);
Products returned without after-sales service confirmation.
Return and Exchange Process

Send the product back according to customer service’s instructions and retain the tracking number.
Once the product is confirmed to be correct, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
